Release 0.9.7

This release has the following new/changed features compared to "CARA 0.9.6":CARA_0.9.6:

- Bruker spectrum management optimized (only open spectrum when displayed

- Double spin pairs are now ignored when loading CARA file.

- Clipping now works with printing (no more peaks are drawn out of frame).

- Spectra are now rotated according to the combined key "resolution/sample count" (with resolution = spectral width / sample count) when imported into CARA

This means that the dimension with the largest value "resolution/sample count" should be displayed along the X-axis.

- SynchroScope: set strip width can now be adjusted without first selecting a system.

- PolyScope: first preliminary release finished. This is a combination of HomoScope and SystemScope in the sense of SynchroScope. It will be mostly useful for special assignment strategies and also 3D NOESY assignment (and integration).

- HomoScope: Extend horizontally repaired. Peaks are now displayed.
