changed: - This Release concentrates on the display and picking of unlabeled peaks. - When *Show Unlabeled* is off, then *pick spin* and *extend hori/verti* functions exactly like *pick label* and *extend label* (they ask for a label). o This means that newly picked peaks are always displayed (unlabeled peaks can only be picked if *show unlabeled* is on) - When a *strip peak list* is exported from PolyScope: o the anchors are determined by the diplayed systems in the plane o the peaks are determined by the spins observed in the strips combined with the anchors in the plane This is a "what you see is what you get" approach. - StripScope now sorts strips from the same system alphabetically by the anchor label in dim 1 when *Select Strips-Show All Assigned* is selected. - PrintPreview is modified to display strips from sidechains of systems - *Show anchor label* displays the anchor label next to the PPM value - New options *Auto Contour* and *Auto Gain*. - StripScope: *Keep Hold Spectrum* (KH) renamed to *Hold Reference Spectrum* (HS) - MonoScope: Double click on a peak of the list now also centers along the Z dimension in 3D case. - New command *Sync to Peak* with short cut "SP". - Mono/Strip/Poly/!SysteScope: command *Set Depth* with short cut "SD" (+ ppm value argument: determines the range of ppm along depth dimension where a peak symbol is shown). - Homo/!PolyScope: command *Set System Type* new in context menu and as short cut "SY" - StripScope: fixed the sorting order (X and Y spin label, ascending) of the strips belonging to a single spin system. Impact on *Select Manual* and the new command *Show System* (context menu in SystemList). - Poly/Strip/!SystemScope: The command *Edit Attributes* can now be applied also to spin systems and spin links within the strip. - All Scopes: new spin label format *Numbers and Labels* showing ID numbers even if the assigments are known. - Other - Various other Issues and Bugs are addressed. See the Issue Tracker for details.
