This release introduces a slight change of the spectrum specific part of spin links. Instead of amplitude and volume values, a spin link now stores a code, a rating and a visibility value per spectrum. The links thus can be hidden or shown depending on the spectrum displayed. This offers the possiblity to assign different cycles of structure calculation results (i.e. the automatically picked NOESY constraints) with different spectra. You can import the same NOESY spectrum several times (named with the cycle number) and use it to capture its specific links and shift alias values.
- StripScope:
- Replace Strip now also works for the first strip after "Hold Strip"
- After a spectrum change the strip set is only recalculated when the user selects another query
- CARA/Lua:
- SpinLink:getAmp replaced by SpinLink:getRating and SpinLink:getCode
- All methods accepting a spectrum to get a specific alias value now also accept nil.
- New Project:setLinkParams and SpinLink:getParams
- General:
- The System List in Poly/Homo/StripScope now shows the chemical shifts of the displayed spectrum. In PolyScope either the 2D (if not "Show 3D Plane") or 3D (if "Show 3D Plane") spectrum is used.
- Import Links in MonoScope has now extended options presented in a dialog box.
- The spin links in System List now show code and rating in the Fit column and a color code in the Pred column. The Link parameters can be set with a dialog of the context menu.
- There are now two new commands in System List: open all and close all.
- Spin links which are hidden on a given spectrum are no longer displayed on planes and strips (unless Show Hidden Links is on).
- Homo/PolyScope can toggle Link visiblity with command Show/Hide Link
- Some other fixes.
Cheers
