This release continues the work on the new peak inference engine (i.e. fixes some bugs and extends its range).
- Peak inference engine: I increased performance for initial calculation of all cross-peaks of a spectrum. I also fixed the incremental update network, so it now also works for Spin Links. Ghost peaks are now colored as follows: cyan for higher ppm, magenta for lower ppm and gray for equal ppm (but other system).
- Fixed undo of Spin Links after deleting spins.
- Assign or unassign spin system to residue doesn't change the system type anymore.
- PolyScope2: there is a new option "auto hold" (default off), so you can control whether a "pick system" sets the new system as the reference (indicated in the lower left of the plane). The reference system now overrides the selected system, so you can click around in the plane without changing the system used within the strips.
- New SystemScope2 (which will replace SystemScope as soon everything works). It has the same view features and also some functions like PolyScope2? (i.e. can also display Spin Links). Some other extensions based on your requests are now available. Note: show spin path doesn't work yet.
- Spin Links are now even more dedicated to interresidual relations. There use and visibility is restricted to NOESY spectra (also their creation, which is only possible by the "propose" functions).
- New shortcuts:
- Set the cursor with SHIFT+right-click without deselecting peaks (the same as ALT+click which doesn't work on Linux)
- SHIFT+PageUp/PageDown in addition to FP/BP (forward/backward plane)
- StripScope can now page strip-whise using PP/NN (previous/next strip) or CTRL+LEFT/RIGHT cursor keys.
- "Pick label" PL in PolyScope2 and SystemScope2
- Some other fixes according to Issue Tracker.
Cheers
