This release introduces some new spectrum file formats.
- New NMR Pipe spectrum format. You can use it the same way as all other spectrum formats supported by CARA (i.e. using it directly as part of a project). Note that CARA expects *.pipe file names. Further you have to convert 3D spectra to the all-planes-in-one-file format (using xyz2pipe).
- New Sparky (UCSF) spectrum format. Same as above. CARA expects *.ucsf file names. This is the first backward compatibility step to Sparky. I will also implement import facilities for the other Sparky project files (assignments, peaks, etc.). Check back.
- NOTE: these spectrum formats are new features and I expect that the mapping of the ppm scale to the intensities could be incorrect (e.g. having a constant offset, most likely due to outdated or incomplete file format specifications). Please make comparisons to your recent spectrum viewer by yourself and tell me, when you observe an offset.
Cheers
