The MainWindow of CARA allows access to the different Objects stored in the repository.
Each class of objects can be viewed by clicking on the object classes name in the left panel of the main window.

These include objects used globally in all projects:

 - AttributeDefinitions: user-defined attributes associated with different object classes (e.g. Reference of a SpectrumType)

 - LabelingSchemes: different classes of labeled ResidueTypes (e.g. 15Nonly, 13Cmethyl)

 - ResidueTypes: definitions of the topology of each ResidueType, the AtomNames, and the chemical shift statistics.

 - SpectrumTypes: definition of magnetization transfer path and dimensions for SpectrumTypes

 - SpinSystemTypes: definition of classes of ResidueTypes (e.g. AMX)

The individual Projects:

 - Projects: each project is subdivided into further classes of objects (Sequence, Samples, Spins, SpinSystems, Spectra ...)

Additional panels for output:

 - MessageLog: for error messages occuring during import of Repositories as well as reports on the available commands

 - Terminal: for accessing the "CALUA":CALUA scripts and for standard output from scripts.
