Again a maintenance release, cleaning up things everywhere.

- The long awaited kill feature for contour drawing is here: press ESC key whenever you think that contour drawing would take too long. It then immediately stops and you can e.g. change threshold.

- I extended spectra by a threshold attribute, which is now stored in the repository (attribute "thres" in CARA file). All scopes get and set this value when using fixed contours. Auto contour does no longer set thresholds.

- All scopes: Auto gain (AG and ZAG) is now available everywhere.

- Goto System and Propose spin selector boxes redesigned. There are now sortable columns everywhere. The fitness value is now explicit.

- StripScope strip selection menu cleaned up.

- All scopes: resolution is initially 1 (but off). Switch it on/off using LR. Useful if spectrum is shown in original size (i.e. there is no need to have more than one sample per pixel on screen)

- CARA/Lua: new method cara:createExperiment(SpectrumType,ResidueType), which gets the experiment from a pool, which is faster

- Debugged some crashes, e.g. in Explorer Spin List

- System, Homo, PolyScope: gives full peak information on commandline

- New category Spin Links in Explorer. Up to now you can present, delete and edit attributes with it. Functions like deleting all links between non-H-spins are best accomplished by a short Lua script.

- Explorer Spin List: residue symbol and number in separate column for sortability

- StripScope: strips are now labeled by residue type/number if assigned

- PolyScope Export to MonoScope repaired.

- Some other fixes like sorting of lists and menus, rulers obey alias position, and the like
