CARA Templates page

 This the download page for official CARA templates. These are empty repositories that set up the ResidueType and SpectrumType libraries and provide a set of useful "LUA scripts":CALUA. If you find any problems with these repositories, please report them to the CDT so that they can be fixed in the next template release. Thanks!

 Template Repositories:

  CARA 1.5.5 and up:

  * <a href="ftp://ftp.mol.biol.ethz.ch/software/cara/Start1.2.cara">Start1.2.cara</a> Released Apr.1 2005 (Last Update: June 09 2005) (Version 4)

   - Template for assignment of 1H, 15N, and 13C/15N-labelled proteins with CARA 1.5.5 and upwards from F. Damberger</a>.  This template is compatible with BMRB nomenclature and has many new and improved scripts.

  * <a href="ftp://ftp.mol.biol.ethz.ch/software/cara/NucleicAcid1.0.cara">NucleicAcid1.0.cara</a> Released Feb. 16 2009 (Last Update: Feb. 16 2009) (Version 1)

   - Template for assignment of 1H, 15N, and 13C/15N-labelled nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) with CARA 1.5.5 and upwards from F.Damberger. </a> This template is compatible with BMRB nomenclature and is a preliminary version. Feedback and improvements are welcome. It is possible to merge the ResidueType.s in this repository with those of the updated Repository for assignment of proteins. After opening the protein repository with CARA, use the menu function 'Import ResidueTypes' and select this file to import the !NucleicAcid ResidueType.s
