CARA Templates page
This the download page for official CARA templates. These are empty repositories that set up the ResidueType? and SpectrumType? libraries and provide a set of useful LUA scripts. If you find any problems with these repositories, please report them to the CDT so that they can be fixed in the next template release. Thanks!
Template Repositories:
CARA 1.5.5 and up:
- Start1.3v8.cara Released June.29 2010 (Last Update: June 29 2010) (Version 8)
- Template for assignment of 1H, 15N, and 13C/15N-labeled proteins with CARA 1.8.4 and upwards from F. Damberger. This template is compatible with BMRB nomenclature and has many new and improved scripts. The BMRB statistics are uploaded from bmrb on 25.June.2010.
- NucleicAcid1.0.cara Released Feb. 16 2009 (Last Update: Feb. 16 2009) (Version 1)
- Template for assignment of 1H, 15N, and 13C/15N-labelled nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) with CARA 1.5.5 and upwards from F.Damberger. This template is compatible with BMRB nomenclature and is a preliminary version. Feedback and improvements are welcome. It is possible to merge the ResidueType?.s in this repository with those of the updated Repository for assignment of proteins. After opening the protein repository with CARA, use the menu function
Import ResidueTypes and select this file to import the NucleicAcid ResidueType?.s

- ecepp_bmrb.lib Ecepp library file for XEASY modified to be compatible with BMRB format files (e.g. *.prot files written out from projects generated within Start1.2.cara)
